  • We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Financial Operations Manager to oversee all accounting functions related to retail operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong accounting principles, taxation, and inventory management skills, as well as proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
  • Responsibilities include supervising daily accounting and reconciliation activities of all retail branches, monitoring retail sales records, collections, and customer account balances, and ensuring accuracy of retail-related journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily accounting and reconciliation activities of all retail branches
  2. Monitor retail sales records, collections, and customer account balances
  3. Oversee inventory accounting and coordinate with supply chain teams
  4. Ensure accuracy of retail-related journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances
  5. Develop monthly and quarterly retail performance reports for management
  6. Implement financial controls and SOPs specific to retail operations
  7. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for retail audits
  8. Liaise with finance, operations, and compliance teams for cross-functional alignment
  9. Support system automation and ERP enhancement for retail finance processes
  10. Ensure timely deposit of sales proceeds and manage discrepancies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong grip on accounting principles, taxation, and inventory management
