• You understand performance-driven creative design and how to make assets that convert, resonate, and scale.
• You're collaborative, responsive, and have a strong portfolio that speaks for itself.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design static and motion creatives for Meta and Google paid campaigns, collaborating closely with the paid media team.
• Build brand assets including YouTube thumbnails, podcast intros/outros, video trailers, and branded pitch decks.
• Edit short-form video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms—using motion graphics, memes, and strong storytelling.
• Create engaging visuals for Lumida's newsletter, website, and organic social content.
• Support the visual design needs of community and client events (e.g., digital invites, event signage, etc.).
• Uphold and evolve Lumida's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Ensure that all design and video materials comply with relevant SEC marketing regulations.

What We're Looking For

• A brand-savvy creative who understands the nuances of designing for high-net-worth audiences in the financial space.
• Someone with a keen eye for composition, typography, motion, and layout across both static and animated formats.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A designer who can bring financial concepts to life in a way that is modern, dynamic, and accessible.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years in digital design and video editing, preferably in fast-paced environments or content-driven companies.

Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.

Performance Design: Experience creating high-performing ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns.

Motion & Video: Solid skills in motion graphics and short-form video clipping, especially for YouTube and Instagram.

Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating branding, digital design, and video editing—ideally with examples in finance, media, or tech.

Detail-Oriented: A strong sense of visual quality, brand consistency, and storytelling across mediums.

Stand out by submitting:

A link to your design portfolio with at least 3 examples of:

• Brand assets
• Ad creatives (Meta or Google)
• Any motion reels or YouTube intros/thumbnails you've created.
