We are seeking an Advertising Specialist responsible for managing ad campaigns, monitoring accounts, and providing accurate data. Successful candidates will have experience across multiple channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Tiktok, Temu, Bestbuy.

How you will achieve success:
  1. Assist Ad managers in setting up campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, and budgets across various channels.
  2. Monitor ad accounts, adjusting bids and budgets as directed.
  3. Report to a Team Manager and provide daily updates, insights, and recommendations.
  4. Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research for each account.
  5. Prepare comprehensive weekly reports with accurate data.
  6. Cover for Ad Managers when necessary, including reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
  7. Adapt to a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and challenges.
Preferred experiences:
  • At least 1 year managing ads across ecommerce channels like Amazon, Walmart, Target.
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Proficiency in managing large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ad management tools like Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics is a plus.
  • Background in creating advertising reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Previous ad agency experience is advantageous.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, face-to-face culture and remotely with a proper setup.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (8am-5pm MST).
