Job Function Finance

Relocation Yes - Standard

Drive the planning agenda for the LRB (Liquid Refreshment Beverages) portfolio, ensuring high-quality delivery of both strategic and operational plans in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Act as a key business partner, supporting the organization in tracking and delivering business priorities through rigorous monitoring of KPIs, pre- and post-evaluation of strategic initiatives, funds tracking, and analytical insights to support decision-making. Own the preparation and review of bottler financials, including periodic performance discussions with business and regional teams. Provide financial support for projects involving changes in the bottling network structure.

Business and Financial Strategy, Planning and Forecasting

Facilitate and support the development and execution of strategic plans, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and rolling forecasts by driving the process, defining business action plans, and setting priorities. Develop a balanced financial algorithm through disciplined investment management grounded in ROI and pay-for-performance principles. Build comprehensive business economics to assess performance across brands, packages, and channels. Support strategic decision-making through financial and operational evaluation of options. Key responsibilities include coordinating BU budgets, monitoring progress, providing analytical insights, and supporting innovation and productivity initiatives.

Business Development Support

Support strategic decisions for launching new categories, brands, packages, and channels by developing pack-price strategies aligned with market dynamics and designing pricing formulas that balance competitiveness with margin protection. Ensure system profitability and support stakeholder engagement through detailed financial evaluations, scenario planning, and risk assessments. Collaborate on multi-year investment proposals and support performance management through tracking and analysis of business results and budgets.

Strategic and Regulatory Engagement

Evaluate tax policy changes, build scenarios, and inform advocacy efforts to safeguard interests. Monitor external market dynamics by tracking trade prices and competitor actions through insights reports and market intelligence.

Analytical Support

Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis of business results, opportunities, and risks. Support planning with cost-to-serve economics, channel profitability, and margin optimization. Drive performance tracking via volume and margin reporting, funds tracking, and quarterly updates. Provide data-driven decision support with ad hoc analysis tailored to evolving needs.

People Development

Build analytical capabilities within the planning team. Ensure compliance with PepsiCo GCS standards to minimize risks.

Knowledge:

Chartered Accountant / ACMA / ACCA, exposure to Oracle/ERP systems, understanding of total system economics and business fundamentals.

Experience:

8-10 years of post-qualification experience in a finance function within a reputable organization.
