About the Role:

Smart Haul Dispatch is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by promoting our dispatching services to independent owner-operators and fleet managers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls and follow up with leads
  • Pitch Smart Haul's dispatch services to potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and pipeline in CRM
Requirements:
  • Fluent English speaker with a natural American accent (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in sales or customer acquisition (dispatching/logistics industry preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident, motivated, and goal-driven attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
