Location: I-8 Markaz Islamabad. On-site role which can be switched to a hybrid setting post-probation.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes digital storytelling—someone who can make BPO services sound exciting and construction projects look irresistible.

What You'll Do:
  1. For Urban Communications (BPO): Craft content that attracts global clients, showcases our company culture, and positions us as industry leaders.
  2. For Haidiri Construction: Highlight stunning home transformations, share pro tips, and grow a community of future homeowners through popular platforms.
  3. Develop strategies to boost engagement, leads, and brand love.
  4. Analyse metrics and pivot faster than a trending meme.
You're a Great Fit If You:
  1. Have 2+ years of social media experience (agency or in-house).
  2. Can write captions that stop scrolls—witty, warm, or wisdom-packed.
  3. Know your way around Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, and basic design tools (Canva, CapCut).
  4. Understand B2B (BPO) and B2C (construction) audiences.
  5. Love testing trends but know when to keep it professional.
