Overview

We are looking for a highly professional and experienced Video Editor to work with us remotely on two fast-growing YouTube channels:

  • Pashas Squad — Daily uploads of gaming content (CS2, FIFA, Tekken 8) including long-form videos, shorts & reels with an entertaining, meme-style editing approach.
  • Artistrybyjayjay — 5–7 weekly ASMR food shorts/reels requiring smooth cuts, audio perfection, and aesthetic visuals.

If you can create engaging, high-retention content and design eye-catching thumbnails, we'd love to work with you.

Responsibilities
  1. Daily Gaming Content (Pashas Squad): Edit long-form gameplay videos with meme zooms, SFX, subtitles, and fast-paced storytelling.
  2. Create shorts/reels (15–60s) repurposed from full-length videos, optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
  3. Edit 5–7 ASMR shorts weekly, ensuring crisp sound design, smooth transitions, and calming visuals.
  4. Thumbnails: Design high-CTR thumbnails for all uploads (gaming & ASMR).
  5. Creative Collaboration: Contribute ideas for storytelling, memes, and hooks to boost engagement.
  6. Consistency: Deliver daily edits and weekly ASMR uploads without delays.
Required Skills
  1. Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  2. Motion Graphics & Effects: Adobe After Effects (meme edits, transitions, kinetic typography).
  3. Thumbnail Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (gaming-style clickbait + aesthetic ASMR visuals).
  4. Sound Design: Audio clean-up, ASMR sound balancing, music syncing (Audition preferred).
  5. Content Repurposing: Ability to cut shorts/reels from long-form edits.
  6. Platform Knowledge: Familiar with YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok trends.
  7. AI Tools (Optional): Runway ML, Firefly, or similar for creative workflows.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2+ years of professional editing experience (portfolio required).
  2. Proven track record of gaming content editing and/or ASMR video editing.
  3. Experience in thumbnail creation (must show samples).
  4. Ability to work remotely with consistent delivery.
  5. Strong PC setup capable of 4K editing/export.
