Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a Video Editor. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. This entails reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity. The Video Editor should also work closely with the production team, manage the post-production process, and ensure all projects meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
- Experience in special effects, 3D, and compositing software
- Strong understanding of video and audio formats
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
