We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate technical challenges while ensuring quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage issues, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance on projects utilizing web development, and web applications.
  • Assist the company with scoping levels of effort and length of time for development.
  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements in project workflows and agile processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes & technologies.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
