Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Upwork Bidder located in Lahore. The Junior Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable projects on Upwork, drafting proposals, and submitting bids. Daily tasks include analyzing client requirements, customizing proposals to meet client needs, and tracking bid progress. The Junior Upwork Bidder will also collaborate with the digital marketing team to strategize bidding approaches and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in identifying and analyzing client requirements on Upwork
  • Strong proposal writing and customization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the digital marketing team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently onsite in the Lahore office
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in bidding on freelance platforms is a plus
