As part of the Authentication team, you'll partner with various departments to create a seamless customer experience across digital, call centers, and branches. We focus on establishing secure authentication methods and simplifying customer interactions, using a data-informed approach to identify opportunities and create effective solutions. Be a critical component of the customer service journey and make a meaningful impact.

As a Product Manager in Secure Platform, you will lead efforts to establish our target state, omni-channel authentication platform. You will be responsible for establishing the foundational platform and migrating legacy functionality across the Digital, Call Center, and Branch channels. Your goal will be to establish functionality that can be leveraged across various customer experience use cases, supporting our customer-facing products.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Area Product Owners and the Identity Management/Authentication product team to refine the product backlog, execute the product roadmap, and advance the product modernization agenda.
  2. Manage delivery on existing product features, write epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in all agile events.
  3. Lead research, definition, and development of new features to progress the product roadmap.
  4. Collaborate with other product teams, legal, risk, operations, design, and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on Customer Identity and Access Management processes and supporting applications.
  6. Support Product Owner and Area Product Owners in developing business cases and measuring/improving operational results.
  7. Partner with agile leads to adopt and improve agile practices continuously.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience building platform systems and operations for large-scale enterprises.
  • Strong experience in cross-location agile product development techniques and practices.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Proficient in tools such as MS Office Suite and JIRA.
