We are seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for students. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying student needs, conceptualizing new product ideas, and managing a team of developers to bring these ideas to life. Your ultimate goal is to create impactful, future-ready tools that enhance the student learning experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify trends in education and AI technology to conceptualize new product ideas.
  • Collaborate with students and stakeholders to understand needs and pain points, ensuring product relevance.
  • Develop a product roadmap aligned with SolutionInn's vision and business goals.
  • Lead and inspire a team of developers and designers to execute product ideas effectively.
  • Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for product development projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to development and launch.
  • Work closely with the tech team to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into student solutions.
  • Test and iterate on products based on feedback and performance data.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps in the market and differentiate SolutionInn's offerings.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI and EdTech to integrate the latest innovations.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve products post-launch.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
Job Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven tools or solutions.
