Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled On-Page SEO Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll play a key part in optimizing website performance, improving search rankings, and driving organic traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and content for improved search visibility.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Improve technical SEO elements, including page speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and indexing.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices across blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
  • Develop and execute link-building campaigns, including outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
  • Monitor backlink profiles, identify link-building opportunities, and manage disavow processes when necessary.
  • Perform regular SEO audits (technical, content, and backlink) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze website and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of both on-page SEO techniques (meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, content optimization) and off-page SEO strategies (link building, outreach, digital PR).
  • Experience using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Proven ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink analysis.
  • Solid grasp of technical SEO concepts including site structure, page speed optimization, and mobile usability.
  • Experience with executing and tracking link-building or influencer outreach campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Required)

Experience: 2 to 3 years in SEO
