Sperton Pakistan is looking for a GM FACTORY (Production Unit Head) in Multan for one of their clients specializes in PU and water-based chemicals for the paints, paper, and construction industries.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of relevant leadership experience in coatings, construction chemicals, and PU product management.
- Oversee all functions of factory including production, ensures quality control, manages operations, and drives efficiency in chemical manufacturing processes.
- Oversee overall factory operations, ensuring efficient production and quality control of chemical products.
- Manage and optimize resources, including workforce, equipment, and raw materials, to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while driving process improvements.
