About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Specialist with deep expertise in SAP FI/CO and at least one of the following modules: SD, MM, PP, or PM. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementations, project management, and a working knowledge of ABAP and SAP BASIS, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Your Impactful Goals Will Include:
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance in SAP FI/CO and one or more of: SD, MM, PP, PM.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing financial processes and systems.
  • Configure and customize SAP FI/CO within an S/4HANA environment.
  • Manage data migration and integration tasks across systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive system testing and validation.
  • Deliver user training and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within-budget, and scope-compliant delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
  • Customize and implement SAP solutions to match business-specific needs.
  • Drive and ensure the success of SAP implementation projects, from start to finish.
  • Deliver training and ongoing knowledge transfer to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP-related issues, coordinating with technical teams when needed.
  • Stay up to date with SAP best practices and advancements in SAP modules and technologies.
  • Work closely with ABAP and BASIS teams to enhance system performance and integration.
Functional Skills Requirements:
  • 10–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation.
  • Deep expertise in S/4HANA, specifically within FI/CO modules.
  • Working knowledge of additional modules: SD, MM, PP, PM, WM, and HCM.
  • Familiarity or proficiency in ABAP and SAP BASIS is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven record of successfully leading SAP implementations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
