Procurement & Facilities Officer - Peshawar

The Procurement & Facilities Officer reports to the Country Logistics Manager and works closely with program, finance, and logistics teams to ensure efficient procurement, facilities, and logistics operations for provincial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement & Facilities Management: Oversee daily procurement and facilities tasks, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and efficient management of resources, stock, inventory, and transport.
  2. IT Support: Handle day-to-day IT tasks, including troubleshooting, installations, and networking.
  3. Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HI standards, policies, and donor regulations across procurement, fleet, and IT activities.
  4. Operational Planning: Develop procurement schedules, conduct context analysis, and coordinate transport and logistics planning for projects.
  5. Emergency & Development Support: Contribute to emergency preparedness and logistics development initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management with an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, transport management, IT, and emergency response.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
