Job Overview

Lycan Communication is hiring Calling Executives – Lead Generators to join our outbound calling team. Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, verify their details, and generate qualified leads for our Telemedicine network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and engage with potential leads professionally.
  • Verify and collect accurate customer information.
  • Qualify leads for live transfer or further processing.
  • Maintain and update lead records in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or call center roles (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently during night shifts.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate/commute.
