We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative to engage with potential clients through calls / zoom meetings.
Evening Shift 5:30pm to 2:00am
Salary: 120,000 to 150,000 /month
The role focuses on presenting our services, qualifying prospects, understanding their needs, and supporting them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand needs and objectives.
- Present company services and value propositions effectively.
- Qualify leads and maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings with decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Track and report client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to client needs.
