Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lahore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and account management. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and maintaining communication with existing accounts to identify growth opportunities. The role also requires creating and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
· Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos.
· Understand client pain points and offer appropriate product/service solutions.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
· Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
· Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
· Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
