Position: Sales and Marketing Representative

Location: Lahore (On-site, Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Sales and Marketing Representatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to the overall growth of the company through sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries and support relationship-building efforts.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media and email outreach.
  • Sales Execution: Support sales strategies to attract new clients and promote company services.
  • Training Participation: Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good understanding of basic marketing and sales principles
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in or exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
