- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and secure appointments.
- Present our recruitment solutions effectively and address client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer engagement.
- Track and report on daily activities, lead status, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Job Specification:
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

About Our Customer:
Pioneer Equity Group is dedicated to connecting clients with essential insurance and legal services in the US market. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Associates. They are working with EliteHire Solutions to manage their sales activities.
Job Overview:
The Remote Sales Associate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients who require insurance and legal services. This role involves generating leads through effective communication and connecting them with management for further follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospects in the US market.
- Identify and generate authentic leads for insurance and legal services. Connect leads to management for follow-up and engagement.
- Participate in a one-week paid training program to learn about our services and sales techniques.
- Maintain a minimum of 160-180 hours per month of work.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week with alternative Saturdays. Working hours: 5:30 PM PKT to 3:00 AM PKT.
Compensation:
Base salary: Discussed with hiring manager
Bonus: 2,000 PKR for every authentic lead generated.
Requirements:
- Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a headset for calling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Probation Period:
The first three months of employment will be a probation period, during which performance will be monitored. Candidate's performance will be monitored, and low performance or less productivity can result in termination of employment.
