Our offices are located in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.

Job Brief:

As a Fraud & Risk Analyst, you'll investigate data trails, identify patterns, and prevent fraud before it causes significant issues. Collaborating with teams across product, tech, operations, and compliance, you'll help create safe, seamless experiences for our drivers and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Query large datasets using SQL to detect patterns, anomalies, and potential fraud trends.
  • Automate fraud detection through SQL scripts and triggers for real-time activity monitoring.
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and BI tools (like dashboards, alerts, visualizations) to analyze trends and present insights.
  • Inform cross-functional teams about risks and assist in designing mitigation strategies.
  • Refine fraud prevention policies and automation mechanisms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques to combat financial crime.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, or related areas.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
  • Bonus: experience in payments, fraud investigations, transaction analytics, or regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights clearly.
