Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Risk and Fraud Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risk and fraud behaviors through data analysis and the development of predictive models.

The Role:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of complex data sets to understand risk and fraud behaviors and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Design and implement fraud rules and models to detect and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop new processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of fraud trends and methods, staying up-to-date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience working with analytical tools and/or data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, Business Intelligence/dashboards).
  • 4-5 years of experience in a data-focused role such as product analytics, business analytics, business operations, or data science.
  • Excellent project management, structured thinking, process optimization, interpersonal communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to present clear solutions with excellent attention to detail and communicate technical concepts effectively to cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage data projects from start to finish successfully independently.
