  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Plan, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns via cold calls, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach to target businesses in the U.S.
  • Cold Calling & Emailing: Identify potential prospects, craft compelling pitches, and get key decision-makers on introductory calls.
  • Marketplace Engagement: Actively explore and pitch on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and others to acquire new animation projects.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads, understanding client pain points, and coordinating with internal teams.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and creative teams to tailor outreach messaging and align sales goals with studio capabilities.
  • Competitor & Market Research: Stay updated with trends in the animation industry and US market dynamics to refine outreach strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in creative services, animation, media, or digital marketing—US market experience is a must.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Note: Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of sales automation tools, email marketing platforms, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and online freelance marketplaces.
  • Initiative-Driven: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
  • Team Player: Open to feedback, collaboration, and constant learning.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with explainer videos, 3D/2D animation pipelines, or video production workflows.
  • Experience closing deals on Upwork/Fiverr or generating consistent leads through freelance platforms.
  • Background in IT, design, or content marketing.

Compensation

· Basic Salary: Upto PKR 130,000 per month
