We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to take full ownership of our user acquisition campaign execution and vendor performance tracking. This person will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure campaign goals are met, budgets are utilized efficiently, and real-time performance monitoring is maintained across platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Happy Ads, performance marketing vendors, and clients.
- Collect, organize, and standardize performance reports from all vendors.
- Evaluate daily/weekly performance and ensure campaigns are optimized for KPIs like CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure optimal delivery.
- Track partner-level performance and suggest reallocations of budget to maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Vendor Management- Serve as the primary point of contact between Happy Ads, performance marketing vendors, and clients.
- Collect, organize, and standardize performance reports from all vendors.
- Evaluate daily/weekly performance and ensure campaigns are optimized for KPIs like CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure optimal delivery.
- Track partner-level performance and suggest reallocations of budget to maximize returns.
- Maintain accurate tracking of budget allocations from clients and reallocation to vendors.
- Identify profit margins by comparing client spend vs vendor payout.
- Ensure overall budget utilization stays within thresholds and performance expectations.
- Build and maintain performance sheets and dashboards consolidating data across vendors and clients.
- Monitor real-time performance to flag underperforming sources early.
- Share periodic reports with the team and clients, providing actionable insights.
- Work with Performance Lead and Sales teams to forecast budgets and delivery.
- Coordinate with product and creative teams for asset readiness and campaign approvals.
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques in app marketing and paid user acquisition.
Experience:
- 2–4 years in digital advertising or performance marketing
- Experience with mobile app campaigns (UA for Android/iOS)
- Vendor coordination, media buying, or campaign execution experience is a plus
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in campaign tracking, optimization metrics, and ROI analysis
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing campaigns and reports
- Bonus: Familiarity with automation tools like Google Data Studio, Supermetrics, or Looker
- Performance marketing agencies
