This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in US-based payroll processing and bookkeeping, offering a valuable opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional environment.

As a key member of the finance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll for US clients, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process payroll for multiple US-based clients with accuracy and timeliness

Maintain complete and accurate general ledger and financial records

Handle bookkeeping tasks including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings

Prepare payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with US federal and state laws

Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial reports and support audits

Use accounting software tools to manage data efficiently (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ADP)

Communicate with clients professionally regarding payroll and bookkeeping queries

Stay updated on changes in US payroll and tax regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in US-based payroll processing and bookkeeping

Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or ADP

Strong understanding of US payroll laws, tax filings, and compliance requirements

Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication in English

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
