Investment & Bookkeeping Analyst – Real Estate

Location: Karachi, Clifton Block 5

Work Schedule: Part-time, 5 hours (Mon-Fri)

Timing: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for real estate projects and investments.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and reporting deadlines.
  • Conduct financial modeling and feasibility analysis for new and existing real estate investments.
  • Prepare investment performance reports, dashboards, and investor presentations.
  • Support senior management in budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio analysis.

Qualifications

  • ACCA Part-Qualified/Qualified or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in real estate or investment firms.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and forecasting tools.

  • Prior experience in real estate investment, property management, or venture capital finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
