Din Textile Mills Ltd., a renowned leader in the textile industry, is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Deputy General Manager - Finance & Company Secretary to lead critical financial and compliance functions at the Karachi office. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy and corporate governance at one of the industry's most innovative companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all finance operations and ensure governance compliance across the organization.

Prepare strategic financial reports and provide expert advice on fiscal planning and management.

Lead coordination for statutory, legal, and board-level meetings, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to corporate governance standards.

Manage and maintain statutory records and corporate documentation in compliance with SECP regulations.

Work closely with the senior leadership team to provide insights into financial strategies and business growth.

Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory authorities, including tax laws, financial reporting, and corporate governance practices.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Qualified CA / ACMA / ACCA.

Experience: 10–15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Skills: Deep understanding of corporate laws, SECP regulations, and financial management. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Expertise: Experience in the textiles, manufacturing, or financial services sectors. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling.
