Educational Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following educational criteria:

• Master's degree (MSc) in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Engineering from a reputable institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or 75% marks (in annual system).
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Computer Engineering from a reputable institution with the same minimum CGPA of 3.5 or 75% marks.
• Additionally, valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for all applicants.

Skills and Knowledge

A successful candidate for the Assistant Director role must have the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as IEEE, ITU, ETSI, and 3GPP/3GPP2.
• Awareness of the latest technical trends like 5G, OTT (Over-the-Top Services), Cloud Computing, IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of MS Project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
