As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Your primary goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.
  4. Quota Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by the sales management. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales revenue.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback on product/service improvements based on market insights.
  6. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams. Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant teams.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum Inter and Bachelors preferred
  2. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Results-oriented and motivated to achieve goals.
  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Working Conditions: Sales Executives may need to work flexible hours, attend client meetings, and travel as required. The role may involve a combination of office and fieldwork.

Location: Johar town Lahore.

Timings: Night shift. Candidate must be able to work at night shift 6pm to 3am.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute: Lahore (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Lahore: Relocate before starting work (Required)
