Job Title: Social Media Marketer Executive & Manager (2 Posts available)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media algorithms and strategies to drive maximum inquiries and engagement to our company. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and inquiries.
  2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
  3. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels to foster positive interactions with our audience.
  4. Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed to improve results.
  5. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our company's social media presence remains competitive.
  6. Paid Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and inquiries, including budget allocation and audience targeting.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
  7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  8. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
