Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Influencer/Affiliate Marketer to build and manage partnerships with influencers and affiliates to drive brand awareness and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential influencers and affiliate partners relevant to our target audience and industry.
  2. Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with our marketing goals.
  3. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers and affiliates.
  4. Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports on ROI and key metrics.
  5. Ensure brand consistency across all influencer and affiliate content.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure campaign alignment.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret campaign data.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
