Marsit Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing and IT solutions company based in Faisalabad. We specialize in SEO, digital marketing, WordPress development, Shopify solutions, and performance-driven strategies for clients across the globe. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our on-site team and help grow our clientele through effective proposal writing and lead generation.

• Identify potential projects and clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr (primarily Upwork).
• Write customized and well-researched proposals to generate quality leads.
• Maintain communication with potential clients, answer their queries, and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Development, Design) to understand services offered and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Track and manage submitted proposals and follow up as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of bidding activity, responses, and client interactions.
• Assist in building a long-term relationship with clients by ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.

• Strong command of written and verbal English is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write compelling proposals that clearly explain project understanding and solutions.
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms (especially Upwork).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in online bidding/sales will be considered a plus.
