Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

Location: Office no 69 lower ground floor Regent Mall Chen One Rd, D Ground Block B People's Colony No 1, Faisalabad

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

At Jcodex Technologies, we craft high-quality websites, eCommerce solutions, and custom web applications for clients worldwide. To support our business growth, we're looking for a dedicated Upwork Bidder to help us win new projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelance marketplaces.

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 + Attractive Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and shortlist relevant job postings on Upwork and similar platforms.
• Craft tailored, compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their project scope and build trust.
• Manage follow-ups on proposals to increase conversion rates.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with our service offerings.
• Help maintain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding or business development on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
• Excellent command of written English and persuasive writing skills.
• Solid understanding of IT services, especially web development, WordPress, Shopify, MERN Stack, or digital solutions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet monthly targets.
• Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
• Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Discord, or CRMs is a plus.
