The following positions are open for recruitment under the conditions outlined below. Interested candidates must apply using the provided online system within the specified time frame.

Available Positions:

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    Master's degree (16 years of education) in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or a related field from a recognized HEC institution.
    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to those with extensive field experience.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (including general age relaxation).
  • Creative Writers with English and Urdu Typing Skills (BS-14)
    • Qualifications & Experience:
      Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, or Social Sciences with research and writing skills.
      At least 2 years of experience in digital/social media content writing, concept/script writing for documentaries, and report writing.
      Proficient in using MS Word and InPage, with preference for bilingual candidates (English & Urdu).
    • Domicile: Open merit.
    • Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Application Process:
Applicants must apply through the ECP's online recruitment system via the links www.scp.gov.pk or jobs.ecp.gov.pk within 20 days from the date of this advertisement.

Submission of Hard Copy:
In addition to online application submission, candidates must also submit a hard copy of their application on the prescribed format. The hard copy should include the CV, educational and experience certificates, CNIC, and one recent passport-sized photograph.
Applications must be sent to P.O. Box No. 1410, and should be received within 25 days of the advertisement.

Age Relaxation:
General age relaxation of 5 years has been included in the age limits. Additional relaxation will be granted as per the Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

Test/Interview Details:
Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
Testing/interview stations will be decided based on the number of applicants.
The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reduce the recruitment process without assigning any reason.

Other Conditions:

  • The maximum age limits mentioned above already include general age relaxation.
  • Applicants are liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
  • The number of positions may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the recruiting authority.
  • Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
