Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The role is based near Expo center, Lahore. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business goals
  • Campaign Management: Lead advertising efforts across platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube) to maximize revenue
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in the beauty or hair care industry is a plus
  • Has a passion for excelling in all they do
  • Has extensive experience and evidence of achieving exceptional results with paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms.
  • Demonstrated success running successful Google ads and Meta ads is a must.
  • Should be analytical, strategic, and creative when the role requires it.
  • A growth mindset is essential - someone who embraces challenge, learns from feedback, and continuously seeks improvement.
  • Has perfectly spoken & written English.
  • Has the highest integrity
