Your Impact

As the Recruitment Manager – Pakistan, you'll take the lead on all student recruitment and marketing initiatives across the country. Based in Lahore and reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager UK, you'll play a key role in growing INTO's presence, building strong relationships with our agent network, and developing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the local market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead student recruitment activities to achieve annual UK enrolment targets
  • Collaborate on business plans and identify growth opportunities across Pakistan
  • Develop strong relationships with agents, partners, and feeder institutions
  • Represent INTO at education fairs, seminars, exhibitions, and school visits
  • Provide guidance and counselling to prospective students and families
  • Monitor enrolment trends and share market insights with global teams
  • Organize training for agents to keep them informed and engaged
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and support the achievement of key revenue goals
  • Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement in service and strategy
