Position: Content Creator and Social Media Management

We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong content-creative mindset who stays up-to-date with social media trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing 'Catwalk Event Management & Productions' social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

They will plan and execute content for our events while also leading the social media strategy for our podcast, The FWhy Podcast. This role requires someone who can analyze trends, create engaging content, and coordinate with the social media team, production team, and guests for our events and podcasts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing all company social media accounts.
  2. Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
  3. Track and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  4. Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes for each platform.
  5. Research and implement new trends in social media execution.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media strategies and platform updates.
  7. Prepare content calendars for upcoming campaigns.
  8. Work with the social media team to strategize social media content for each event.
  9. Ensure live event coverage and real-time engagement on social platforms.
  10. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers to create event-specific content.

The FWhy Podcast Coordination:

  1. Plan and schedule podcast production, ensuring alignment between the host and production team.
  2. Suggest and coordinate guest appearances, handling communication and scheduling.
  3. Oversee podcast-related content and promotional strategies across social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
  4. Content creation and copywriting skills.
  5. Strong Canva skills (experience with Adobe Suite is a plus).
  6. Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
  7. Ability to take initiative and focus on the target audience/market.
  8. Strong organizational skills for managing event and podcast schedules.

Salary 50k-80k (Based on experience)
