Customer Support Representative (UK OUT OF HOURS)

Manage and handle incoming calls professionally.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Make follow-up calls to customers at specified dates and times.

Keep records of customer interactions.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Manage a large volume of outbound and inbound calls.

Use call center scripts when handling different topics.

Identify interpreters' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

Candidate must be willing to work the following shift hours: 10 pm - 7 am (PST). Rotational shift, working from 5 am to 2 pm (PST) — UK Out Of Hours.
