We are looking for a Entry level Customer Chat Support Representative, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, providing information about products and services, responding to customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

The main areas of work would be to:

  • Manage large amounts of Customer inquiries on different Social Media Platforms.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications

  • Experience 6months-1 year
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
