We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support and manage website design and development projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of driving projects forward with minimal supervision. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in web technologies and experience working in fast-paced digital environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans for website design and development initiatives.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate daily communication between design, development, and content teams.
  • Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure accountability.
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, task lists, and status updates.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Teamwork & Slack etc) to manage workflows and track progress.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify scope.
