JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• D eveloping and I mplement SOPs in various factory functions for improved efficiency and governance.

  • Explore low-cost automation projects for manufacturing operations.

    • Identify opportunities for improvement in utilities consumed in the factory.

      • Work on refining category manufacturing startegy looking at E2E supply chain for Home Care.

        • Develop real-time monitoring and intimation system for manufacturing KPIs.

          • Work on developing alternate sources of fuel for cost optimization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Fresh engineering graduates are welcomed to apply , candidates who have 06+ months of experience of working in the manufacturing environment will have preference.

• Good engineering fundamentals on process equipment and parameters

  • Good business acumen

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
