ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Assist the Merchandise Supervisor in managing day-to-day merchandising activities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Follow up on developments such as fabrics, trims, and sample submissions; present these to seniors for review and action.
  • Read comments carefully. If unclear, discuss with seniors, forward to concerned parties, and ensure acknowledgment.
  • Help the team file documents properly.
  • Assist in updating follow-up charts for fabrics, trims submissions/approval, SMS tracking, etc.
  • Follow up on laboratory tests for all components and final products, including garment tests, CPSIA tests, and XRF screening.
  • Visit factories to push samples and other submissions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Skills:

  • Self-motivated and disciplined to follow LWR SOP.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Effective communication with internal teams and vendor laundry teams.
  • Confident with a "Can do" attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local language (both oral and written).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute or diploma/bachelor from a fashion or textile technology institute.

Additional Details:

  • Frequency of Travel: 30%

Major Challenges:

Ensuring timely and accurate submissions, maintaining updated follow-up charts and filing.
