Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist the Merchandise Supervisor in managing day-to-day merchandising activities. This will include following up on developments such as fabrics, trims, and sample submissions; presenting these to seniors for review and action.

You will also be responsible for reading comments carefully, discussing unclear points with seniors, forwarding to concerned parties, and ensuring acknowledgment. Additionally, you will help the team file documents properly and assist in updating follow-up charts for fabrics, trims submissions/approval, SMS tracking, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day merchandising activities
  • Follow up on developments such as fabrics, trims, and sample submissions
  • Presentation of information to seniors for review and action
  • Effective communication with internal teams and vendor laundry teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institute or diploma/bachelor from a fashion or textile technology institute
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual who can follow LWR SOP
  • Able to work independently and proactively

Additional Details:

  • Frequent travel may be required

Ensuring timely and accurate submissions, maintaining updated follow-up charts and filing.
