We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Designer & Developer in Pakistan to join our company on a remote basis. This position requires working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, which will be the night shift in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement SEO strategies and findings from SEO Audits.
  • Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites as per the client's needs.
  • Manage and maintain the functionality of websites, ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase site visibility.
  • Make necessary SEO improvements to the website including but not limited to site architecture, url rewriting, redirects, internal linking, meta tags optimization, improving site speed, improving mobile responsiveness, and more.
  • Design and optimize banners and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Design creative and impactful media for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the clients and the team to align website design with brand strategy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration of content with the website's design.
  • Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.
  • Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust.
  • Assume additional responsibility without being asked.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SEO principles and SEO implementation.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design and development.
  • Must have experience of working on a variety of CMS.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills.
