Position Overview:

We are hiring a Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager with at least 3 years of solar industry experience to lead our C&I sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is presentable, confident, and technically sound, with a deep understanding of solar project dynamics, costing, and client negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales efforts for commercial and industrial solar projects
  • Identify and develop relationships with key corporate clients
  • Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and proposal presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and finance teams for accurate project costing
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly reporting
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability KPIs
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the solar energy sector
  • Strong project costing and proposal preparation skills
  • Excellent communication and convincing ability
  • Presentable personality with client-facing confidence
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently with result-oriented focus
