Position Overview:
We are hiring a Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager with at least 3 years of solar industry experience to lead our C&I sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is presentable, confident, and technically sound, with a deep understanding of solar project dynamics, costing, and client negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales efforts for commercial and industrial solar projects
- Identify and develop relationships with key corporate clients
- Conduct site surveys, client meetings, and proposal presentations
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams for accurate project costing
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly reporting
- Achieve sales targets and profitability KPIs
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the solar energy sector
- Strong project costing and proposal preparation skills
- Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Presentable personality with client-facing confidence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (preferred)
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently with result-oriented focus
