We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead / Architect with deep expertise in .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure Functions to join our development team. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers, architect cloud-native solutions, and ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable .NET applications using Azure Functions and related services.
Provide hands-on technical guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices in coding, CI/CD, testing, and cloud architecture.
Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and development methodologies.
Review code and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments.
Stay updated with the latest in .NET and Azure technologies and guide the team accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
Strong hands-on expertise in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented design.
Proven experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.
