This is afull-time, on-site rolefor anEarly Years Teacherat SuperNova School, Enclave Campus, Islamabad. The teacher will be responsible for:

  • Creating anurturing, stimulating, and inclusivelearning environment for young learners
  • Developingage appropriate, play-based lesson plansaligned with early childhood best practices
  • Fosteringsocial, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentthrough structured and exploratory activities
  • Maintainingeffective communicationwith parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support student progress and well-being
  • Organizing and managing school events

Qualification Criteria for Early Years Teacher

Educational Background:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate —HEC recognized degree
  • Certification in early years education (Montessori or equivalent) is preferred

Teaching Experience:

  • At least3 years of teaching experience in early years education(ages 2.5–6 years) in a reputable school setting
  • Proven ability to implement play-based and inquiry-led learning methodologies
  • Strong understanding ofearly childhood development principlesand best practices in preschool education
  • Experience in designingthematic, activity-based lesson plansthat promote holistic development (social, emotional, cognitive, and physical)

Classroom Management & Communication:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and classroom management skills—creating a safe, inclusive, and interactive learning environment where young learners thrive through patient, creative, and emotional engagement. Strong communication skills for regular parent-teacher collaboration

Professional Development:

  • Willingness to participate inearly years workshops, training, and school-led initiatives
  • Experience mentoring teaching assistants or junior staff is preferred

Demeanor:

Should be observant, attentive, empathetic, and should possess an overall positive and congenial attitude
