**Job Summary**

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Coordinator in Early Childhood Education, where you will be responsible for guiding and supporting teachers and assistant teachers within the ECCE centers.

Your key responsibilities will include offering mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

You will serve as a role model for effective teaching practices and pedagogical approaches in early childhood education, demonstrating exemplary skills in areas such as child observation, curriculum planning, and positive behavior management.

Collaboration with teachers and assistant teachers is essential, as you will work together to identify areas for professional growth and development, designing personalized learning plans and providing feedback to support their continuous improvement.

In addition, you will encourage teachers and assistant teachers to engage in reflective practice, facilitating opportunities for self-assessment, critical reflection, and goal setting to enhance teaching effectiveness and promote continuous learning.

The role also involves assisting teachers in developing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that are aligned with best practices in early childhood education and the center's philosophy and goals.

Furthermore, you will conduct regular observations and assessments of classroom practices, environments, and interactions to ensure high-quality early childhood programming that promotes children's holistic development.
