Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Closer to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing sales deals with qualified leads, handling objections effectively, and driving revenue growth. This position demands strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with warm leads provided by cold callers or marketing team.

  • Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service solutions.

  • Build rapport with clients and guide them through the decision-making process.

  • Handle objections confidently and close deals efficiently.

  • Update CRM systems with lead details and status.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a sales closer or in a similar sales role.

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 9 PM 6 AM PKT).

  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international sales or BPO industry.

  • Knowledge of the US/UK markets.

  • Background in high-ticket product or service sales is a plus.
